The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room offers a serene hideaway from the bustling village outside and features whitewashed exposed stone walls and sash windows. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge freezer washer/dryer and dining table.

After a long day exploring the coastline or the bustling streets of Dartmouth relax and unwind beside the wood burner in the cosy lounge area where there is also a TV/DVD. Two steps lead up to the beautifully presented ground-floor double bedroom which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. A queen-size double bedroom with river glimpses twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath are all located on the first floor which is accessed via cottage style stairs.

Steep steps lead up to the beautiful terrace patio with seating which is well worth the climb to enjoys spectacular panoramic views across Kingswear and the river Dart.
