This modern, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home, on the outskirts of Bradninch in Devon, can accommodate four people in two bedrooms.

Broad Ash Lodge is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home on the outskirts of Bradninch, in the Culm Valley, Devon. The property is set over lower and upper ground floors, with a king-size double bedrooms and a double room, plus a family bathroom. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area.

Outside is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. With many footpaths nearby and a traditional village pub a short walk away, Broad Ash Lodge is a great base for exploring rural Devonshire life.

Best night's sleep
This was a lovely place to stay. The owners were very aware of the long journey we had to Bradninch and were very accommodating. The lodge itself is spacious and airy and well designed. The beds are very comfortable and our girls declared they had the "best night's sleep". The kitchen and utility room are well equipped and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Broad Ash is set back from the street and could be a little tricky to find. It is worth doing a "walk through" on Google Maps and Streetview first. That said, the location is excellent for accessing beach and Moor as well as Exeter and Plymouth. Best of all, the location benefits from stunningly clear night skies, free of light pollution.

A weeks stay at Broad Ash lodge Bradninch
The house is just like the pictures. The key collection was easy.On arrival we missed the house but once we found it .Emma made us very welcome the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The King size bed was enormous and so comfortable. The house had everything we needed for self catering. The little garden was nice and peaceful. The house is a good location to see lots .we recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Fantastic accommodation and location
We stayed for a week in January. The lodge has everything you need (and more), lots of space for families and a great base to explore all of Devon. Would recommend to all our friends and family.

Really lovely!
This place is a gem. Really clean, comfortable, modern and homely. Couldn't wish for a nicer place as a base for visiting relatives in the village. The owners very kind and friendly. Will definitely come here again

Modern and welcoming break
We had a great 3 days in mid-devon and stayed at this holiday cottage in April... Very friendly owners next door helped with all our needs (young baby in tow). Would recommend, especially the local pub on a Friday evening!
