Lovely stay
House perfect location in Castleton. Short walk into village and shops and Ye Olde Cheddar Cheese pub almost opposite where we had Sunday lunch with so much meat!. Lovely walk over fields and into Hope. Plenty of outdoor clothing shops and some lovely jewellery shops. Peak Caverns well worth a visit. The house itself is really nice. 4 good sized bedrooms and the shared 'Jack and Jill' didn't present a problem. We'll equipped kitchen / diner and good sized lounge. Nice views from kitchen. Only reason 4 stars is because there was a cold draft through skylight window in top floor bedroom.

In a very good location, and we had a very warm welcome. The house is beautiful with plenty of room and it is very comfortable. The owner was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this holiday home and it is somewhere we would most certainly go back to.

A wonderful base for a walking holiday for family and friends of all ages. The owners were very helpful and the atmosphere was great. The cottage had large, light and clean rooms with everything we needed. Beautiful location with lots to do and see in Castleton. A short distance at all to pubs, shops, castle and caves. We would definitely return.
