This detached cottage is in the village of Solva near to St Davids and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.
Court House is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Solva just three miles from St Davids in Pembrokeshire. The cottage can sleep five people in one double bedroom and two singles as well as a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, dining room with woodburner and a sitting room and a conservatory.
Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Court House is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of the country.

Lovely village, shame about this property
When opening the front door we were met with a smell like a damp musty church. There were cobwebs all in the beams of the ceiling, around the radiators in the toilet and all across the bedroom doors. Not new cobwebs, but dusty ones. The windows were filthy. The owner admitting they had not been cleaned for three weeks. There was thick old dust on the bedroom wardrobes. A damp patch was showing through the paint in the kitchen below the coat hooks. And all this after a supposed deep clean in the middle of the Covid pandemic.
We had to cut our holiday short and three weeks later there has been no offer of any compensation from the owner.
I hope others have a better experience if they book this property.
