High Hemmel House is a quality, stone-built cottage with panoramic views towards Embleton Bay and can sleep eight people. There is a ground floor super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room leading to a twin bedroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and an understairs cupboard housing the washing machine. Outside there is ample off road parking, a patio with furniture and a hot tub and a shared children's play area on the cottage complex.
High Hemmel House is a lovely holiday base.

It works on a weekly rota system, where each property gets 6 x one hour exclusive slots across the week which will be allocated in a folder on arrival
Please note, caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties If you plan to arrive with any of the above, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20
