Formerly part of the Wolterton Estate, this delightful property enjoys an abundance and variety of wildlife with frequent sightings of deer, hare and marsh harriers. Open the lovely french doors and wander out to the pretty garden where you can relax and simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Or cosy up with a good book in the comfortable sitting room with the warmth from the wood burning stove. Approached by quiet lanes, the cottage is the perfect location for walking, cycling (two bikes are available upon request) and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Wander a mile down the road to the local pub, The Saracen's Head or a little further on you will discover The Walpole Arms which comes highly recommended.
