Completing the interior on the ground-floor is a kitchen/diner with hand-made bespoke counter tops, a sitting room with cinema-style TV and sound system, snug, and utility room.

The owner reserves the right to turn down a booking if they feel the property is unsuitable or if they believe the property might be put at risk by a specific group

**Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9:30am**
Please Note: Pending the Councils commencement date, due to changes in UK commercial food waste legislation, all guests will be required to separate their food waste from their other waste before disposal
