Simply Stunning
I have recently had the absolute pleasure of a long stay at the wonderful property that is the Moorings. The property is spacious, clean, is furnished with everything you could wish for and is of a very high standard. I'd give it a 5 star rating. The views and setting are amazing, possibly some of the best in the UK at the least! It is situated close to all the amenities that Kingswear has to offer and is a ferry boat ride across the river from Dartmouth. On top of all the above; I am a frontline emergency services worker, the owners enabled personnel to stay at Moorings, shielding from family during the height of the lockdown! They are very friendly and personable and I cannot thank them enough for their unbelievable offer and hospitality. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Moorings, my stay was quite simply fantastic.

Fabulous house with amazing views
Travelled from Australia to spend Christmas in Devon. Found this listing and was not disappointed! Fabulous property, spacious, very clean, modern with comfy beds and sofas, everything you could need supplied. Good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a bonus.Amazing views from balcony and main bedroom. Location wise is great, is a 5 minute walk to the ferry ,local shops and the pub. Would recommend to friends and family and would book again in a heartbeat.

Weekend in devon
We had a winter weekend at this great newly renovated house situated high on the kingswear side of Dartmouth. The views were stunning ,the weather less so but that's December for you. Still this made visits to the steamboat pub all the better near to the ferry across to Dartmouth which proved an easy way to get to the restaurants in Dartmouth on foot. The house itself was very nicely furnished , parking was easy , and we had a great time. I hope to return again when the sun is shining, hope you enjoy your stay there too

A stunning house with the most perfect view. The house has everything you need for a home away from home while you are away and it has been set up to a high very high standard - good luck fighting over the top bedroom for those morning views!!
