Beach Retreat is a refurbished house within walking distance of the town centre. The property was originally two properties but has been converted into one house. Finished and furnished to a high standard Beach Retreat is the perfect getaway.

The four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 reception rooms make this a great house for two families. Within a two minute walk to the local supermarket and other local amenities. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, multi fuel stove and ample seating.

Living room with wood burning stove and TV. Play room with sofa bed and TV. Cloakroom with WC and basin.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds.

Bedroom 4 with single bed. Family bathroom with bath (shower attachment), WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is a large garden to the rear with patio area and seating.

Restricted private parking for up to 2 medium sized cars at the rear of the property. All power, electric, linen and towels included in the rent. Oil fired central heating.
