There is also a kitchen, utility, living/dining room with gas fire and a sitting room. To the outside of the property, you can find off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed front garden with lawned area and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, shed and furniture.

There is gas central heating with gas fire. The kitchen features an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, whilst the utility houses a washing machine. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The property is pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking is permitted in the cottage. The shop and pub are positioned 300 yards away from the property.
