Three-storey accommodation in central Dartmouth, sleeping six in three bedrooms
Armorel House is a spacious well-presented property situated within a short distance of the centre of this historic town and its array of restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. There are three double bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, one with an en suite shower room and one with a super king-size bed that can be split, on request, to provide two singles. On the lower ground floor is a spacious living and dining room, with wood burning stove opening into the well-equipped kitchen, with a further, tastefully furnished sitting room at entrance level.
Approached through French doors off the dining room is a good-sized terraced balcony - ideal for al fresco dining - with a table and six chairs, whilst the lower decking has a lovely five-seater garden suite. With the added benefit of an off-road parking space for a small/medium car and a parking permit for use in the town centre car park (subject to available spaces) Armorel House provides an ideal base for guests looking to explore the town and the surrounding countryside.
