The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with range-style cooker with double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower and a family room with double sofa bed and a twin, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there are enclosed rear gardens with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars.

Within less than 1 miles you will find a shop, pub and a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coram Cottage is a charming base, perfect for exploring the delights of Dorset.
