House Martins is a well presented property situated on the popular Longbeach estate in Beadnell. It is finished to a high standard providing comfortable accommodation for family or friends wishing to enjoy the Northumberland Heritage coast. There is a large enclosed patio garden and the beautiful sandy beach and village amenities are all an easy walk from the house.

Beadnell is close to other coastal villages just 2 miles from Seahouses and 5 miles from Bamburgh. GROUND FLOOR Kitchen/dining room with electric fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table and chairs. Living room with flat screen TV.

Cloakroom with WC. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed, hairdryer and DAB radio. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC, basin and shaving point. OTHER FACILITIES Small lawn garden to front of property with parking. Large enclosed patio area at rear with seating and garden shed.

Electric heating. All electricity, bed linen and towels included in rent. Parking for 1 car.
