Waverley in Lyme Regis, Dorset, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a doble and a twin along with a bathroom, and a ground-floor shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture, an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and permit parking in Woodmead Halls long stay car park.
One well-behaved small/medium fog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 200 yards, a pub in 300 yards and the beach in less than 1 miles. Highchair and travel cot available (please bring own bedding).
WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waverley is a wonderful base for exploring Dorset as a family. Note: Children should take care outside with the steps leading down from the veranda to the courtyard; please bear this in mind when booking.
