Devon Self Catering cottage, Little Waycroft, Dawlish Warren, sleeps 2

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned from a week's holiday and am missing it already. Ali and Jamie were the perfect hosts, not forgetting Eve, and of course Stanley the dog. The property was extremely quiet, spacious and clean with everything you need for self catering. There is a shower room and a bathroom with a corner bath. The views are amazing, the property is in a country lane with plenty of passing places. A very good base for exploring the surrounding areas of Devon, Dorset and Cornwall. There are a few pubs locally and a Sainsbury's food and petrol station just down the road. A truly relaxing holiday destination, which we hope to return to in the future.

Perfect cottage. Perfect location. Perfect hosts.
We booked the Little Waycroft last minute as soon as the lockdown measures were relaxed. We are so glad we did. Very spacious. Everything you need to self cater. Very clean. Beautiful setting and so lovely to see the horses, rabbits, foxes and endless birds visiting. Really good base from which to explore the area. Torquay, cockington Forge, Paignton, Brixham, Ashburton, Dawlish, Dawlish Warren and Dartmoor. All offer something different but equally enjoyable. Great walks in the area and we were blessed with pleasant weather. Perfect week in a perfect place. Thank you.

Excellent in every way
We have stayed in a number of holiday cottages over the years and this is the best. It is spotless and very spacious. Standing in a couple of acres of garden with your own private terrace the views are to die for. If you are intending to visit this part of Devon you will not find a better property. Book it before someone else does
