Green Bank is a superb three-storey house resting in the picturesque village of Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy. Perfect for families and friends, this is an excellent base for exploring North Wales. After pulling up along the quiet lane, the substantial stone elevation of Green Bank rises proudly, its characterful façade framed by mature greenery and the gentle murmur of the nearby River Conwy.

Step into a home that blends elegance with comfort, perfect for memorable gatherings. Begin in the kitchen, where striking black fixtures contrast beautifully with the light streaming through large windows. Everything you need is at hand with ample room to store outdoor gear after a day of exploring.

Move through to the sitting room, a generous space designed for relaxation. Sink into sofas as sunlight pours through the wide bay window, framing views of leafy trees. Patio doors open directly to the garden, tempting you to step outside and savour the tranquillity.

Inside, flick on the TV and settle in for a film, with the gentle flicker of the electric flame-effect fireplace adding a soothing glow to the evening. Climb the carpeted staircase to discover six thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The king-size room impresses with its own en-suite for added privacy.

Children will adore the high-ceilinged bunk room, a playful retreat for bedtime adventures, while the twin tucked into the eaves offers exposed beams, Velux windows, and glimpses of the rolling hills beyond. A second-floor super-king-size suite and additional rooms ensure flexibility for families and friends, complemented by a family bathroom and a sleek shower room. Outside, the garden provides a peaceful haven with a patio and terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee as the birdsong fills the air or raising a glass as the sun dips behind the hills.

From here, the vibrant heart of Betws-Y-Coed is just a short walk away and the wonders of Eryri National Park surround you. Wander to Swallow Falls or for thrill-seekers, Zip World Fforest promises adrenaline-fuelled adventures. History and charm await in Llanrwst, a market town rich in character; Green Bank is more than a place to stay; it’s a gateway to unforgettable experiences in one of Wales’s most captivating landscapes.
