Punch Cottage is an exceptional cottage, just less than a mile from the village of Little Glemham, near Saxmundham, and can sleep five people. The cottage has two ground floor twin bedrooms (zip/link, can be king-size double on request), one of which boasts an en-suite shower room, a single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room.
Punch Cottage is a lovely place to spend your self-catering holiday.

The entire property and grounds were better than I have experienced in many cases. It had both cleanliness and comfort but also general ambience of cottage plus external space/grounds. We could not fault anything.

We had both Punch & Hayloft Cottages booked for the Easter weekend for our rather large family. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the owner, but left to our own devices. Despite the dire weather a fabulous weekend was had by all in a cosy and scenic location. We loved it!
