This cosy farm cottage near Berrynarbor sleeps two people in one bedroom.
Tom's House is a welcoming cottage on the owner's 100-acre farm, near Watermouth Castle and the village of Berrynarbor. The cottage has a bedroom with a six-foot super king-size bed and sea views, as well as a bathroom with half bath, basin and WC upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area.
Outside is a front patio garden with sea views, and off road parking for one car. Tom's House is perfectly placed for the coastal path, local beaches and bustling towns of this part of Devon.

Perfect hideaway
Quiet, warm, cosy and within easy reach of Exmoor National Park, SouthWest Coast Path, Lynton & Barnstaple Steam Railway and lots of local attractions. Low Covid area and the local businesses had all stepped up to the mark with excellent takeaways, socially distanced facilities and everyone serving wearing PPE. Any negatives? Internet was a bit clunky and the TV couldn't keep up - had to snuggle up and use a Smartphone between us

Beautiful sea views from the cottage from both the lounge and the bedroom. It was very relaxing, but also a good base for seeing local attractions. Some parts of the cottage had a Mediterranean feel e.g. the staircase. It was lovely and clean and we would definitely recommend it.
