This charming, mid-terrace, three-storey town house is found between Northrepps and Cromer, with four bedrooms that can sleep up to six people.

Robin's Nest is a charming, bright and spacious mid-terraced holiday home situated on the road between Northrepps and the coastal town of Cromer, in Norfolk. The property is set over three floors, with three bedrooms on the second floor including a double room with an en-suite and two single rooms, along with a twin bedroom on the first floor. Also on the first floor, there is a family bathroom and a sitting room, while downstairs on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, plus a snug.

Outside, the lawned garden is enclosed, with a patio with furniture and a barbecue making a great space to relax in the summer after a day on the beach. In a great spot for exploring Norfolk's north coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Robin's Nest is the perfect holiday home for families and friends exploring this wonderful area.

The first thing that struck me about the house was how clean and shiny everything was.The second was the flowers and chocolates not to mention the milk in the fridge and teabags!Nothing was too much trouble for Mrs Richardson who was most supportive and helpful. One disappointment was the travel cot as we wanted a proper one but this was my mistake as I didn't check beforehand. Mrs R will ensure this is mentioned in future.Apart from that we had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The location was perfect. We were extremely comfortable in the house; it felt like home from home. The finishing touches made us feel welcome.

A very high standard of self catering accommodation.

Robin's Nest was absolutely immaculate and is a credit to the owner. Everything appeared almost brand new in the property. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The property is bright, fresh feeling and modern. The bedding was crisp and clean and the towels were fluffy. What more could you ask for? We stayed with our two little children plus another couple and it was plenty big enough for us. It is about 1 mile outside of Cromer therefore an excellent base for a few days around this lovely part of Norfolk.

This house sets the standard by which all future self catering accommodation should be measured - absolutely superb! There was plenty of quality kitchen equipment/crockery as well as comfortable furnishings and linen.
