Parlour Barn is a delightful barn conversion on the outskirts of Leek, Staffordshire. It has three lower ground floor bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms and one twin, served by a family bathroom and sleeping a total of six people. The ground floor provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove.

Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking. The Parlous is the perfect choice for a family holiday to the heart of the countryside.

Outstanding pet friendly barn conversion
Situated on the edge of the Peak District, ideal to explore the peaks, Parlour barn is a breath taking place to stay, The decor and furnishings are of an extremely high standard even down to providing dog treats for our dogs, it was a pleasure to stay in and cook!!!, in the well equipped kitchen. With the added extras of a lovely hot tub , sauna and games room that our husbands called their man cave. The Clarks were very helpful even ringing the pub we had booked for Mother's Day and then offering an alternative. We cannot wait to go back taking our families with us.

Amazing house, beautifully presented. We received a basket of goodies on arrival which was a lovely touch. The owners communicated well with us prior to our stay regarding key collection and directions, making the whole process stress free. The facilities were absolutely fantastic! We had a private sauna and hot tub, and access to the shared games room which was so unique and so much fun to use. So much thought has gone into making this place special. Myself and my friends hope to make this an annual visit and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely Amazing ......
We was so impressed with the initial cleanliness and presentation,,, we was greeted with lovely smell of fresh flowers and drinks on arrival complete with a sumptuous hamper . Everything was clearly thought out on wat u would need ,,packs illustrating every use of the appliances etc... SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ,, I would so recommend goin out for a quiet tranquil place set in a very rural location all the kids Are excited for a return break which is top of my list for 2020 .
