Where else but Wareham?
This marvelous cottage is the perfect place for a cozy getaway. I went for a weekend trip with my mates and this house was ideal. Warm and welcoming, this house became a home almost instantly. Minutes away from the supermarket / local shops and a short 2 minute walk from the Kings Arms pub, Ammonite cottage is a lovely house in a lovely spot in this lovely corner of England. Now, as a 6'3"+ individual, I really appreciate the fact that I could stand bolt upright in the shower, as well as lie properly in the bed. Highly, highly recommend this area and this house. Having not heard of Wareham before this trip, I am certainly glad to have discovered this gem of a location. The owners of Ammonite Cottage can definitely expect me to be booking to stay again sooner rather than later!

Lovely character cottage,
Lovely, very clean comfy cottage with a welcoming bottle of wine. On site parking a real asset. Note the antique fire insurance plaque above the front door. Will leave you to investigate further! Really close to the town centre with a good selection of eating establishments and lots of pubs with real ales! Good bus services to surrounding towns. Good for bird watching at Arne RSPB reserve.

What an amazing place to stay! Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds and perfect central location in Wareham. We had a wonderful long weekend here. The pretty garden is a lovely feature too. Great facilities and so much character - we highly recommend.

Fantastic place
The cottage was absolutely beautiful and so clean when we arrived. Each room had a gorgeous little theme and everything was so well thought out. The location was fab with the river close and the bus to Swanage very quick for a day to the beach. The garden was gorgeous and extremely well kept and this is a lovely place to go with friends. I can imagine that it's very cosy in the winter too and the people in Wareham are so welcoming. Best holiday I?ve had in a long time!!!
