Fabulous find!
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Butterwell Barn. We are a family of 7 with 2 large Newfound dogs and the open plan space inside and the secure area outside was perfect. This is our family's 3rd trip to Devon and Butterwell Barn is by far the best holiday rental we have stayed in. The barn was furnished to an extremely high standard and was spotlessly clean. The owners Gail and Phil have thought of everything and I cannot recommend Butterwell Barn highly enough. We have already booked to return next summer.

Homely but modern
Stayed at Butterwell Barn just after lockdown allowed stays with measures in place. Such a lovely warm welcome from Gail and Phil who had implemented all measures needed but without making it feel odd. What a place! Beautiful modern barn with everything you could ever need. Such a homely feel. Large open planned living with hotel quality bedrooms. Beautiful setting with Dartmouth a short drive away. I cannot recommend Butterwell Barn enough. We will definitely be back! Thank you Gail and Phil.

Perfect holiday home in a beautiful location
We can't recommend Butterwell Barn enough! It's a beautifully converted holiday home in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. We loved exploring the local area, especially picturesque Dartmouth which is just a short drive away. Gail and Phil are wonderful hosts. The barn is immaculately clean and has been finished to a really high standard with incredible attention to detail. The beds felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel and we had some of the best night's sleep we've ever had! We loved it so much we've already booked to come back! We would recommend this place to anybody wanting a luxurious, comfortable base for a trip to the South West.

Stunning Property finished to the highest standard
First visit to Butterwell barn, we have been visiting Devon for over 15 years and this is without a doubt the best property we have stayed in. Spotless and equiped with everything we could have needed. Gail & Phil were the perfect hosts, friendly and helpful, welcome hamper and fresh flowers a wonderful touch. Easy travel to Dartmouth and local towns/villages. A perfect get away. Already arranging a return visit.
