Hosting four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and two twin rooms, along with a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping up to eight guests. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a utility.
Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and private parking. Riven Oak makes a fabulous choice for a family break to the Lakes.

Not a pleasant stay
Beautiful property, but unfortunately our stay wasn't pleasant. The property needs a good clean and decluttering! The dog-smell and dog hairs were off putting. There were no space to put our food in the kitchen, all the drawers and cupboards were full! The cupboard in the ensuite bedroom is unsuitable for a week's stay, we had to live out of our suitcase on the floor. It is a shame that the garden can't be accessed from within the property (steps down from the upstairs living area would be good). We won't be back, unfortunately.
