7 Nelson Steps is an elevated three storey pet friendly property enjoying stunning river and sea views and offers a delightful base from which to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants and boutique shops and the wider South Devon coast and countryside. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping up to a total of seven guests, including an en suite master with a King-size bed. On the upper floor is a triple aspect sitting room offering open views across the river to Kingswear, a well equipped kitchen and dining room.

The property benefits from two terraces, both with outdoor furniture. 7 Nelson Steps provides comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of garage parking (for a small/medium size car) and is within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and a 10 minute drive to nearby Blackpool Sands.
