An elegant and tastefully furnished, characterful flat, providing beautiful accommodation for a couple that want a cosy retreat. The property boasts stunning views over the River Dart, across to Kingswear and out to sea from the bright and airy open plan sitting/dining room.

From Newcomen Road there is a communal entrance to Dartview and two short flights of stairs up to the property. There is a lobby with hanging space for outdoor clothes and shoes. The modern kitchen has a two-ringed hob, electric combi-oven and fridge.

The open plan dining / sitting room has stunning views across the water, two arm chairs positioned by the window, perfect for admiring the river views, and a Smart TV with DVD player, whilst a small utility room hides a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of clothes storage whilst a bathroom is situated off the main hallway with a bath, shower (over), w.c, hand basin and shaver point.
