Yr Ocar is a large, detached cottage resting in Coed-y-parc near Bethesda, Gwynedd and can sleep 15 people in seven bedrooms.

The living areas of the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for 15 people, Smart TV, range cooker with oven, hob and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a utility with a fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are five bedrooms in the main house, including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room, two ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a triple room (zip/link, can be family room with super-king-size and a single on request) with en-suite bathroom, and a single (can be twin on request, taking one bed from triple room) with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. The annexe has two bedrooms, including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, and a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room.

Outside, there is a non-enclosed, side garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking. Within less than 2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, but only on the ground floor of the property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yr Ocar offers a large, rural retreat to discover the wonders of North Wales.
