Polly's Folly in Swanage, Dorset, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, a twin, and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and a shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is a south facing, rear multi-level garden with patio, terrace and furniture, and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 200 yards, and the beach in less than 1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.

A stairgate is installed to the top of the stairs, whilst a travel cot and highchair can be requested; guests are asked to bring their own bedding for the cot. Polly's Folly is well-positioned to explore Dorset's coastline. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Note: Guests are welcome to use the logs in the wood store outside the patio doors for the woodburning stove.
