Family time at Flamborough
A Monday to Friday break with grown up children , my mum, hubby and an old dog. Flamborough is perfect. South landings is less than a mile away, rocky beach beautiful scenery. North landings is lovely and the walk to the lighthouse on coastal paths stunning. Northwick bay again incredible views , very hilly not for small children. Bempton a super day out. The local flamborough butcher is awesome as is the bakers ! Local pubs all good. Nothing else we could want ! The cottage on arrival was immaculate and lots of lovely touches. Washing up liquid, toilet roll ect all available which often self catering provide nothing at all ! Views from cottage are of fields and horses, so lovely. The pictures when you book are just as it is only we felt the cottage was bigger than we expected. Parking is no issue. Not a negative comment just be wary the stairs are open wooden stairs. Our old dog found these impossible. Luckily we mainly out and about or he was downstairs. odd trip to the front room he was carried ! ( 40kg so not fun ! )
