Portland is a stunning seafront property on the popular Harbour Road in Beadnell. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished throughout from companies such as Barker & Stonehouse, it makes an ideal holiday home for families or friends wanting to stay together in close proximity to the sea. Beadnell is a charming coastal village on the edge of farmland and the dune fringed stretch of Beadnell Bay.
Being the only west-facing harbour on the east coast, it makes it an enchanting place to watch the sunset. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance into the open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining room. Kitchen (well equipped) with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Breakfast bar with stools. Dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests and access onto patio area. Lounge area with 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, bean bags for the children, large flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD player and a selection of books and games.
Utility room with sink, washer, dryer, 2nd fridge/freezer and ice maker. FIRST FLOOR Access via an oak open tread staircase. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 with king-size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with two single beds, TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. SECOND FLOOR Access to the attic suite via an oak and glass staircase.
