Beachside is a beautiful detached property in a fantastic location backing onto the dunes in Beadnell and just a stones throw to the beautiful sandy beach. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, Beachside makes the perfect holiday base with outstanding walks and bird watching on the doorstep. A quick walk over the dunes to the beach and the Heritage coast with its scenic sandy beaches and historic castles extends here for miles.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, TV watching area and en suite shower room (access via 3 steps). Bedroom 2 with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with two single beds.

Bedroom 4 with single bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

FIRST FLOOR Open plan living room/dining room with balcony, TV, DVD. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 2 cars.

There is a small garden to the front and a large garden to the rear. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Electric wall panel heating.
