This single-storey lodge has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV. Amenities include a gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge. There is one double bedroom with a TV and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom.

Outside, there is a decking area with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 miles, there is a shop, within 2.6, a pub, and within 1, a beach.
