Smithy Court is a very attractive detached house situated in the hamlet of Dunstan, only half a mile from the picturesque fishing village of Craster. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and provides excellent accommodation for families or couples. The property is in an ideal location for exploring coastal and inland Northumberland.

GROUND FLOOR Living room with TV/DVD, CD/ radio player, Xbox, iPod dock, DAB radio. Sun room with French windows to garden. Dining room.

Kitchen fully fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink. Downstairs WC and basin.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV/DVD and en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Lawn garden with furniture and barbecue. Oil central heating.

All power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Parking in single garage and for one car outside. Telephone, DVDs, books, games and children’s toys provided.
