Rosedale House is a large, stone built terraced property, a perfect family holiday home set over three floors and is located in a peaceful position, just a stone’s throw from the unspoilt beaches of ‘The Friendliest Port’, Amble. The property is presented to a high standard and gives light and spacious accommodation which oozes charm and character throughout. Ideally suited for family gatherings or groups of friends holidaying together, this dog-friendly cottage offers a true Northumbrian retreat where you can kick back and relax! Amble, known as the friendliest port which is a small fishing town with a huge personality.

Nestled on the Northumberland coast, it's an excellent base for a holiday in our beautiful county. Take a boat trip from the bustling harbour to Coquet Island, a RSPB nature reserve located just off the coast, and see the colourful puffins, rare roseate terns and appealing grey seals. Back on dry land, stroll around the attractive harbour shopping pods selling bespoke and unusual gifts and why not sample the culinary delights of freshly caught seafood and local produce at The Old Boat House or Sea&Soil bistro's - both local favourites.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall. Lounge with comfy seating, TV, DVD and feature fireplace (not for use). Large kitchen / dining room with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs for 6 guests.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with single bed. Family bathroom 1 with roll top bath, separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 3 with king-size bed. Bedroom 4 with two single beds. Shower room with shower, WC and basin.

OTHER FACILITIES Residents parking for 2 cars. Small gravel garden with seating to the front, enclosed yard to the rear. Gas central heating.

All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
