Exceeded expectations
We booked the cottage for a pre Christmas catch up with family. We were not disappointed. The cottage was decorated for Christmas and was cosy and extremely well equipped. The sofas were comfortable and the log burner added to the atmosphere. Bedrooms were clean and inviting and the setting was beautiful. We made use of the games room too, which was an additional bonus. We've stayed in and around Haworth many times over the years but this surpassed our expectations. Thank you!

Fantastic stay
Cannot say enough good things about this stunning house.
There was a very generous welcome pack left for us by Deborah.
We loved everything about it.
The games room was a fantastic addition and we spent all our evenings in there playing pool(badly) and darts
The lounge was so cosy. Especially on a wet Saturday afternoon in November.
The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were perfect.
It was a big surprise seeing some cows on the riverbank every morning and pigs to the back of the house. Spent time watching all the birdsong the feeders
We definitely plan on coming back.

BEST HOLIDAY WE HAVE HAD IN ENGLAND
Looked for a cottage with a river-found Springhead & booked 27th March 2022 to 1st April 2022. 3 of us - husband, beloved elderly doggy & I. Cottage is amazing, location is so pretty & we were lucky to experience snow on 31st. Surrounding walks beautiful. People so friendly up north. We lived in south east England but are from South Africa and have stayed in many wonderful places but this was in a class of its own. Warm, welcoming, comfortable-felt like a home from home. Did not know Sky was available but it was & there is a dishwasher, washing machine plus double oven (we only have a single but plan on changing that after holiday. You can see that the owners care about guest experience. The main bedroom has a balcony that was perfect for early morning coffee & the shower (en-suite) was great. Loved how the bedrooms are two different sides of the house - stairs go to left and right. Wish there was a toilet downstairs. Did go into outside "bar/billiard room" - very nicely set out but we don't do either of those things so just looked. Sitting outside eating lunch & listening to river sounds was so uplifting. If you are looking for a wonderful, relaxing, value for money holiday, Springhead Cottage is that and so much more. We will return albeit sadly without our beloved 4 legged bestie. Thank you one and all for an awesome time.

Treasure of a find
Superb accommodation, ideal for quality time with loved ones, clean, comfortable, spacious in lovely location. Cottage was well equipped, very thoughtful welcome pack, Haworth short distance away but would have been happy to just enjoy the cottage and surrounds for the whole of the stay! Will definitely return
