Grange Cottage is a luxury stone built cottage located in the centre of Alnmouth. It has been renovated to a very high standard, is stylishly decorated and furnished with modern quality fixtures and fittings. The cottage has an electric Aga, feature log fire and gas central heating making it an ideal year round base especially suited for couples wanting their own bathrooms and space.

There is also a pretty enclosed garden and private parking. GROUND FLOOR Living room with TV/DVD, log burner, DAB radio, iPod dock, internet radio. Kitchen/breakfast room with Aga cooker, dishwasher, larder fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, TV, en suite shower, WC and basin. Shower room with large shower, WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with king size bed, TV, balcony via separate staircase.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds and TV via separate staircase. Bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed lawn garden with pond and table and chairs (shared).

Gas central heating. All power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 2 cars.

Cottage is not suitable for children under 8 years old. £150 refundable security deposit required.
