The property accommodates four people in two bedrooms (one en suite master with King-size bed, which can be made up as two singles on request, and one double room with King-size bed) � there is also a family bathroom. In addition, there is also a sitting room with lovely views, a modern kitchen, utility room, and conservatory / dining room.
To the rear of the cottage is a three-tiered garden area with views, plus an annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. Harbour Heights is a two-storey reverse level property, offering a very comfortable retreat for couples or young families.
