Rivershield is a newly refurbished, first floor apartment set in a quiet lane in the heart of Warkworth, only a few yards from the River Coquet. The property has been tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind, and provides excellent accommodation for couples or a family wanting to holiday in this quiet pretty village. Warkworth is a picturesque medieval village enclosed by a loop of the River Coquet and the skyline is dominated by the remains of Warkworth Castle.

Owned by English Heritage, it is a popular location for many events throughout the year. This unspoilt village has many interesting shops and galleries along with a selection of tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. Warkworth bay is a mile from the village, dog friendly and offers stunning views of the coastline.

ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL Access via external stairs. FIRST FLOOR Entrance into kitchen/dining room. Kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests.

Lounge with ample comfy seating, feature electric fire, large TV with sky package, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, wardrobe, large TV and seating. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and large TV and DVD player.

Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Residents parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio to the front with table and chairs.

Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Grassy riverbank a few yards away.
