The Loft rests in Llanbister Road and sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

This first-floor apartment is located on a working farm. It has two bedrooms, a double with TV, Sky and DVD player, and woodburning stove, along with a twin with en-suite bathroom. There is a kitchen/diner with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dining table for four.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with picnic bench and off-road parking. Within less than 8 miles, there is a shop, and within 2.2, a pub.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads on the grounds due to free range animals. Sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Note: Available on request, guests can access a ground-floor shower room, cloakroom, and shared access to a washing machine and tumble dryer within the owner's property. Note: There is no WiFi or phone signal. Note: Ground floor has a shared facility of washing machine, tumble dryer and shower, also separate WC.

Note: There are 13 steps up to the first floor. Note: Guests are welcome to help feed pet sheep, goats and ponies. Note: Dogs must be kept on lead when on the grounds due to free range chickens/animals and owner's dogs.

Note: Please note this property has a private water supply which is tested annually. The water is considered safe for human consumption but as a precautionary measure, guests may wish to bring water to the boil before it is used for drinking, food preparation and cooking.
