Named after Winifred Frost, a fish biologist and known for her contribution to the FBA, this superb cottage has an-open plan living area with patio doors opening out to a private balcony over Windermere. Accompanying this is a luxury bedroom with a super king-size double bed, making this a perfect retreat to return to after exploring the area of the Lake District.

The FBA promote freshwater science through a number of ways, such as innovative research, science projects, training courses and workshops, maintained specialist scientific facilities, national and international scientific meetings and publications. By booking this property, you are automatically enrolled as a member of the Freshwater Biological Association for the duration of your stay.
