A stay on this pretty complex will set you perfectly for exploring Devon and across the border into Cornwall. You ll be within easy reach of the striking coast with unbeatable cliff-top walks quaint fishing villages sheltered coves and long sandy beaches perfect for surfers and families. In contrast Dartmoor is also within easy reach and offers some of the most beautiful countryside scenery in Devon.

Other attractions include Bude Canal and Splashpool Launceston Steam Railway the Milky Way the Eden Project and Roadford Reservoir where you can try your hand at sailing. The nearby market towns and villages such as Holsworthy and Launceston offer an array of pubs cafes and shops selling local produce. Approached via external stairs this cosy cottage offers rooms that are packed with character.

The lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious with exposed wooden beams and a wood burner set into a brick fireplace. There are comfortable sofas set around the fire TV/DVD and hi-fi the perfect space to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers an oven hob fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave.

The delightful bedrooms consist of a double with a TV/DVD and a twin room which is approached down cottage style stairs. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Just outside in a pretty shared courtyard you will have your own set of garden furniture for dining al fresco and shared gardens for you to explore.

Within the grounds of this complex there are numerous facilities and activities which make a fun addition to your holiday: woodland walks a private lake where you can try your hand at coarse fishing and a games barn complete with a pool table table football darts and air hockey. For children there is a lovely outdoor play area with views across the surrounding fields and a pet corner where children and adults alike can meet the chickens goats pigs and ponies. There is ample parking.
