You will not only be within easy reach of the hidden coves cliff-top walks sandy surfing beaches and fishing villages but also the breath-taking scenery of Dartmoor. The area surrounding the cottage offers traditional towns and villages with an array of shops and local pubs but travel a little further and you will discover a whole range of attractions.

These include water sports at Roadford Reservoir horse riding golf Bude Canal and Splashpool Launceston Steam Railway the Milky Way and the Eden Project to name but a few. This pretty cottage has been finished beautifully offering a welcoming base to retire to. Set all on one level the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a delightful living space equipped with everything you could need for your holiday.

In the kitchen you will find an oven hob fridge washing machine and microwave while the living space offers a dining room table and seating around a charming wood burner set into a brick fire place. There is also a TV/DVD and hi-fi for the evenings when you just want to relax on the sofa. Head through to the bedroom where you will find an inviting king-size bedroom with its own en-suite with shower over bath.

Step outside into the pretty shared courtyard and enjoy your morning coffee sat at your own garden table. The grounds of this complex offer a lot for visitors of all ages to enjoy; children will love the outdoor play area and meeting the animals in the pet corner while older generations will love the peaceful lake which is surrounded by woodland walks and shared gardens. Here you can try your hand at coarse fishing or perhaps head to the games barn and get competitive with the pool table table football darts and air hockey.
