The historic Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is popular with families and couples with clean beaches and an increasing number of festivals each year Literary festival Folk festival and the towns Regatta all offer a memorable holiday. The house offers two bedrooms - one double with hand basin and one bedroom with twin beds and full size adult bunk beds (this bed set up can be changed to suit your needs to one twin with hand basin and one double with bunks upon request.

) The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. The large lounge/diner has a Smart TV and DVD and the dining area leads into the well-equipped kitchen. Should you prefer to stay in and cook than go out this kitchen has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with icebox washing machine dishwasher and many useful extras.

Outside the property is an enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture for outdoor dining or relaxing and a BBQ.
