This property is situated on the edge of the village of Sidbury in East Devon. The village has a popular pub The Red Lion which is within an easy walk of the property and makes a great place to spend an evening enjoying a quiet drink. The attractive regency town of Sidmouth is just three miles south of the property and offers two beautiful beaches historic buildings cosy coffee shops restaurants and a range of shops.

Further afield but still within easy reach there are plenty of local attractions and attractive towns including Lyme Regis Beer Caves Seaton Tramway and the Pecorama Railway Museum. If you d prefer to leave the car behind the local bus to Sidmouth and Exeter stops 300 yards along the lane from the property. This property provides attractive accommodation for two and is a lovely place to get away from the stresses and strains of daily life.

The ground-floor living area is thoughtfully styled and comprises an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa lovely leather armchairs TV/DVD making it a great place to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. The dining table separates the lounge space from the contemporary kitchen area which is equipped with oven hob fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The shower room and separate WC is also located on the ground floor of the property. Stairs lead from the living space up to the first-floor which is where you will find the bedroom which has sloping ceilings with restricted head height due to its position in the eaves of the house. It is a restful sanctuary-like double room with large chest of drawers dressing table and tasteful monochrome art.

Outside the property enjoys a pretty enclosed tiered garden with bistro style seating and BBQ. There is parking provided for one car.
