Wonderful Place but in SERIOUS need of work !
Stayed here for a family 60th Birthday party - fantastic place - so chilled - and space to move around - BUT - not clean when we arrived - sand in hot tub - many fixtures and fittings worn out or just out dated - needs a total make over - and outside a bit of a dump - clapped out tables and a dumped water cistern - with debris of wall insulation just abandoned - Really need a major overhaul - not worth the money at all Could be amazing but needs about £50,000 spending on it to continue Also has ver out of keeping ugly 70s type run - down house sitting right a the side of it which is an eyesore ! Not happy for the price !!

Stunning location, wonderful cottage
The owners mr and Mrs Evans are very warm and welcoming. The cottage is spotlessly clean and full of character. Stunning location and views, perfect for hill walking. We walked 25 miles in the local hills from the cottage door and barely met more than 5 people! Fantastic hot tub, private and sheltered from any breeze. The four poster master bedroom is amazing.

Amazing weekend away!
Just want to thank Sioned for the amazing attention to detail we had! No problem was too big! They went above & beyond. The cottage was in an immaculate condition, we had such amazing views! Travel cots were provided for our 5 month old son! My daughter fell in love with Bella & wanted to bring her home with us! Hopefully one day we will come visit again!

Book here for a fantastic cottage break that welcomes dogs
?The cottage was fantastic with lots of space for the 8 adults and 3 dogs in our group. As there were 4 couples it was perfect having 4 double bedrooms each having its own bath/shower room then a 5th bedroom with 3 single beds which we didn?t use. Everyone could be together or get away from each other all in the same cottage. Very well equipped inside the kitchen and elsewhere with games, books, darts etc Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we arrived but the owners were great and got this fixed as quickly as possible but as we had missed 4 days use of the hot tub the owners were very fair and offered us compensation. Their customer service is exemplary and they could not have been more help. We had an amazing time and have recommended this cottage to others already Thank you for the great stay

Ysgabor Cottage family holiday
Have just returned from a brilliant holiday spent in this beautiful cottage .There were 9 of us 5 adults and 4 children .The owners Mr and Mrs Evan's were so warm and welcoming lovely couple.The cottage is amazing so spacious and beautiful full of charm and history.The dining room is amazing with its log burner.The scenery around the cottage is stunning.So peaceful and relaxing. The children were age 1,11,12,and 16 they thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The highlight of the holiday was when Mr Evan's brought 2 baby lambs around for the children to see and feed.The children loved it even the baby some great photos took . The garden is really pretty set on 2 levels but plenty of room for children to explore. Hot tub and games room were also a hit. Out and about great breakfast at Brigand Hoteland Cross Foxes .Good days out at King Arthur's Labyrinth, Powis Castle and Llandudno for the beach. Will return in the future .
