The Orchard is a semi-detached cottage in Levens village. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with open fire and dining area.
Outside is off road parking for two cars and a mature lawned garden. The Orchard is a very welcoming holiday base for the Lakes, Dales and the Cumbrian coast.

The cottage was peaceful, clean and well equipped. The owners, although living next door, were helpful but not intrusive. The cottage is well placed for all the local attractions, and the pub serves excellent food at all hours, and is family friendly. Should the occasion arise, we would have no hesitation in staying at The Orchard again.

What a great little cottage in a quiet peaceful location which is just what we were looking for after a very hectic few months at home. So relaxing and peaceful that we wished we had booked to stay longer . The welcoming gift of a cake and materials to make drinks was most appreciated.
I think we will most certainly consider the cottage again next year sometime.
