This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a ground floor twin with en-suite shower room, which can be made into a super king-size double. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed.
Outside there is two courtyard areas with furniture and off road parking for two cars. Ducksfoot Barn is an ideal base for families who wish to visit the many Norfolk villages and towns in the area, beaches and the city of Norwich.

The accommodation is amazing, so peaceful. It was a lovely place to stay and will definitely be going back. Absolutely love the character of the property and the attention to the small things are great too. My kids loved the underfloor heating after the shower and I thought the electric curtains were great.

The cottage is lovely, with everything you could want. Everything was perfect for our Christmas stay. The owners were on hand to make our stay as perfect as possible. The Barn is situated within easy distance to go out and about. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back again.
