This first-floor apartment is in the Devonshire town of Ifracombe a traditional seaside town where visitors can find a range of shops bars and restaurants including Damien Hirst s restaurant 11 The Quay. One of the artist s most impressive works can also be found in the town: the imposing 25 metre sculpture of a female warrior Verity. Exmoor National Park is a short drive away from the town and is a wonderful place for those who enjoy walking or have a keen interest in wildlife.

Visitors who like to spend time at the beach are spoilt for choice in the area with Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton Sands all being within easy driving distance. Guests enter this first-floor apartment straight into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is dominated by the stunning sea views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfortable seating here allows guests to enjoy the view or alternatively to watch the TV and DVD or listen to music on the hi-fi.

The dining area seats four and beyond this to the rear of the room guests will find the kitchen which is well-equipped for those who choose to cook rather than make use of the town s numerous eateries. Guests will find an oven hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher whilst the washing machine is located just off the kitchen. There is access to the balcony from the living space and also from the king-size master bedroom which additionally benefits from its own TV.

The second bedroom is an attractive twin room. The property has a shower room with WC.
