Perched at the top of the stunning Sterridge Valley this is one of a complex of nine charming cottages with plenty of space and onsite activities and is set in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The delightful village of Combe Martin is a few minutes drive away and hosts a highly recommended 17th century inn.

Also nearby is the lovely picture postcard village of Berrynarbor. The golden sandy beaches of Croyde Saunton Putsborough and Woolacombe are all just a twenty minute drive away offering some of the best surf in the South West. There are many other great attractions in the area including The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal Milky Way Amusement Park and Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

On entering this accommodation you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The spacious and bright lounge makes an attractive space to relax complete with TV /DVD. The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and hob microwave fridge small freezer and washer/dryer.

The dining area is perfectly situated. The cottage is reverse-level so heading down to the ground floor you will find two comfy bedrooms. There s a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with hand-held shower over the bath and WC and a cosy twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.

Heading outside you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub and toddler pool. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket trampoline baby swing and picnic benches and there s an indoor games barn with table tennis pool table and table football.

There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore making the site a real country retreat ideal for families friends or couples alike. Guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys pigs and ponies. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm.
