This newly built three-storey town house is situated in a peaceful location a few minutes walk from the centre of Watchet. This small and attractive seaside town has a quaint and picturesque harbour a lovely pebble beach and an excellent range of shops restaurants cafes and pubs. Within easy reach are the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park and there are plenty of nearby villages to explore.

The cottage is ideally situated for discovering West Somerset and North Devon with plenty of attractions to suit all tastes including the West Somerset Steam Railway Somerwest World at Minehead Dunster Castle and Porlock. Venturing a little further afield you could visit popular towns including Lynmouth and Lynton. On entering this beautiful three-storey town house you will find yourself in the light and welcoming kitchen/diner.

Here you will find a charming dining area and the stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven gas hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a cosy double bedroom as well as a WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the bright and attractive lounge which is an ideal space to relax in with comfortable seating TV/DVD and a charming Juliet balcony.

You will also find a comfy twin bedroom as well as a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and a WC. Finally on the second floor you will find a king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite shower room complete with WC and bidet. Stepping outside you can relax at the end of a fantastic day and maybe dine alfresco in the enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Allocated parking is available for one car and there is a public car park nearby for additional vehicles.
