Was fantastic place! Large, spacious and nicely decorated. Lovely hostess (even put my tesco delivery away prior to our arrival) Again, just fantastic. Zero complaints.

Perfect chilled weekend
We just had the perfect family weekend. A chance to catch up in our very busy lives. We know the area quite well so just took advantage of the shops in the nearby pretty town of monmouth. The lodge is amazing and had everything we needed, and more. All the bedrooms are en-suite which was very handy with 7 women. We hired the hotub which was a welcome dip in the hot weather. Val was very helpful and took care of everything. Everything was perfect. We are already planning a return trip in the autumn. .

A week with friends
King Offa's Lodge was and extremely well presented and equipped refurbished. We have stayed in a number of Holiday Rentals and this one was the best by far. There were 4 Bedrooms all en-suite, 1 of which was on the ground floor. All the bedrooms were of good size, 2 doubles and 2 twins with a sofa bed if required. There was also and additional downstairs toilet and laundry room. The bathrooms were all immaculately presented, all with toiletries. Towels and tea towels were provided. The kitchen was very well equipped and led onto a large dining room/Lounge with patio doors onto an enclosed rear garden with a barbeque. The outlook to the rear was overlooking fields and the lodge was exceptionally quiet. A hot tub can be rented separately if required and the Host, Val, will provide the details. We did hire one and Angharad for Hottubs was very friendly and helpful. The Host, Val, was very welcoming and helpful. The week we spent at the Lodge was memorable and relaxing and we will be returning.
